Brandon Jones, PA-C

General Orthopaedic Physician Assistant

Brandon Jones was born and raised in Johnson City, Tennessee and graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Health Care Administration degree in 2001.  After graduating from ETSU he moved to Roanoke, Virginia to pursue a degree in Physician Assistant studies at Jefferson College Of Health Sciences in Roanoke, Virginia. Since graduating from Physician Assistant school Cum Laude he has been working in orthopedics at Associated Orthopaedics of Kingsport for 10 years.  Brandon has a love for sports medicine and osteoarthritic conditions of the knees.  In his free time he enjoys time with his family and playing golf.

Jill Henritze, PA-C

General Orthopaedic Physician Assistant

Jill Henritze is one of the most respected Physician Assistants in Northeast Tennessee.  She has over 15 years of experience and has been with Associated Orthopaedics for 11 years and counting.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Jefferson College of Health Sciences and completed her post-graduate education at Norwalk Hospital/Yale School of Medicine Physician Assistant Surgical Residency Program.  Jill treats patients with all general orthopaedic problems, but has a special interest in osteoporosis care.  She is the first provider in this area to receive a certification as a Fracture Liaison.  A Fracture Liaison Service identifies patients with insufficiency fractures and strives to prevent secondary fracture by treatment and prevention of osteoporosis.  She has been an active member of the Tennessee Academy of PAs and the AAPA throughout her career.  When not treating patients Jill enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her husband, John, and son, Fletcher.

Robert ‘Bobby’ Austin, PA-C

General Orthopaedic Physician Assistant

Robert Austin, better known to most as Bobby, completed his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio prior to completing his Masters of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies at Lincoln Memorial University – Debusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, Tennessee. Bobby is a member in good standing of the Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants and Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery. He is a member of the National Athletic Trainer’s Association. Bobby enjoys treating patients of all ages and for a variety of orthopedic injuries and conditions.

Morgan P. Edwards, PA-C

General Orthopaedic Physician Assistant

Morgan P. Edwards is a native of Kingsport, Tennessee and graduated from East Tennessee State University where he obtained his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science with honors. Following completion of his degree he spent two years working full time as an orthopedic cast tech in the Emergency Department at Holston Valley Medical Center. Additionally, he served a role as a student intern with the ETSU- Quillen College of Medicine’s Anatomy Department. Together both experiences reaffirmed his interest to pursue post-graduate medical education which he completed at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Physician Assistant Program. While as a student at UAB he became very active and involved both in the classroom with the Student Academy of Physician Assistant’s. He served as the SAAAPA Student Assembly of Representatives and was awarded ” Outstanding First Year Student” by the UAB Department of Clinical and Diagnostic Science’s for academic and professional development. Morgan is looking forward to serving not only the citizens of Kingsport but the surrounding Tri -Cities region as a team member of the AOK team. He values and strives to practice evidence based medicine with a patient centered education which together focus on guiding patient’s toward achieving their best possible outcomes. In his free time, Morgan enjoys fly fishing, cultural travel, being involved with high school and youth sports, and community service.
