WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE ENTERING THE BUILDING?
A: Anyone entering the building will be asked a series of questions regarding COVID symptoms, exposure, testing, travel, etc., as well as a temperature screening before they will be permitted to enter the waiting area.
DO I NEED TO WEAR A MASK?
A: Yes. All patients and necessary visitors should wear a mask or face covering before entering our building and for the duration of the visit.
I’M NOT FEELING WELL. SHOULD I STILL COME FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
A: If you are not feeling well we strongly encourage you to reschedule. If you have an orthopedic situation that is urgent or have recently had surgery (post-op) please call and speak with a nurse so we can take the necessary precautions. For non-urgent appointments please consider rescheduling to help slow the spread of any virus, whether it be COVID-19 or the flu.
IS IT OK TO BRING SOMEONE WITH ME?
A: In order to keep everyone safe, we want to minimize the amount of people entering our clinic and lobby areas. We are currently asking if you are over the age of 18 that you do not bring any visitors with you unless medically necessary. If you are under the age of 18 we are allowing one parent or guardian to accompany you during the visit. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please call our main number 423-245-3161.
